Now we can get a taste of how the volumes look.
Finally news of the new seriesDisney MastersFantastics won't be long. For a start above you can see the covers for the first three volumes. Personally, my second looks better than everything else. Still, we'll talk about the 4 volume later!
In this article we have new material for the volume Disney Masters Vol. 3: Paul Murry: Walt Disney’s Mickey Mouse: The Case Of The Vanishing Bandit with stories ofPaul Maryreleased on July 17th. First of all, let us say that it will ultimately have184 pages.
Also fromAmazonWe have the following description for the volume:
In this new series dedicated to classical comics creators, Mickey and Goofy investigate circus crime and much more!
The circus is in town – and Detective Mickey and Goofy keep an eye on lions, tigers and terrors! A mysterious old lady watches the circus troupe, robbing the cities they visit – and then poof! - He's disappearing! Is he a bad clown trying to trap the showmen? Join Mickey on the police and bandits trail – from the shadow activities at "The Last Resort" to Black Pete's noisy quarrels in "The Lost Legion!" The first seven serials of Mickey of Mary are all here – all newly renewed in the warm colors of Dell's original comic books! Full color illustration throughout the volume.
So from the above we conclude that he will have the following stories (4 and then they are stories that we believe will come in after he tells of Mickey's first seven stories of Mary):
- The Case of the Vanishing Bandit(unpublished in Greece)
- The Last Resort(unpublished in Greece)
- The Lost Legion(unpublished in Greece)
- The Lens Hunters(unpublished in Greece)
- Moaning Mountain(unpublished in Greece)
- The Mystery Crystal Ball(unpublished in Greece)
- The Magic Rope(unpublished in Greece)
The above stories are a total of 175 pages. Taking out the cover and back cover will leave them about 5 pages for 1-2 articles on Mary and the stories. So it's a chance to get unpublished stories.
And now something completely new that we did not mention in our previous article! Eventually there will be soon and fourth to be released one month after the third. Specifically on 14 August and will be192 pages. This is the volumeDisney Masters 4 – Daan Jippes and Freddy Milton : Walt Disney’s Donald Duck the Great Survival TestWhich, as shown by his title, will have his storiesDaan GippasandFreddy Milton..
Below we see the description of the fourth volume fromBook Depository:
Respectful Uncle Donald Duck doesn't want Huey, Louie, and Dewey going on a bold mission with the Little Explorers, 20 degrees below zero.
But Donald's nephews (ready for survival) insist that they can manage the coldest in an abandoned tugboat in the desert. So Uncle Donald decides to teach them a lesson! When Disney Legend Karl Barks stopped creating new stories with the Ducks in the early 1970s, the Dutch and Danish team of Daan Gyppes and Freddie Milton continued exactly where Barks stayed. Gypsy and Milton were the first to continue Barks' art and narration style in new stories. Now, with popular demand, Fantographics gathers the classic stories (in which they collaborated) of Gypsy and Milton and "The Great Survival Test" is only the beginning of the massacre! Since Donald's war with lucky Gastone in "The Briefcase Case" in Daisy's fight against time in "Coat of Harms", an amazing collection of Duck Family adventures is here!
So from the above we conclude that it will have the following stories (from 4 onwards they are stories that we believe according to the so-called Inducks):
- Trailer for Rent(unpublished in Greece)
- A briefcase(unpublished in Greece)
- Napkin story(unpublished in Greece)
- Success Contest
- Net capacity case
- How to bring up...(unpublished in Greece)
- For sale Muroon oil
- Disco-Ducks(unpublished in Greece)
- The filthy mountain
- Twilight man(unpublished in Greece)
- Gold Opportunities
- Rewarding format(unpublished in Greece)
- The master of the sauce
- Threat to the forest
- Right Goose in Right Position
- Totoloper(unpublished in Greece)
Looks like the frequency of the first four volumes will be per month. From May to August. If Fantographics continues, we'll have to keep it from a 20 every month somehow. 😛 Well, I'll say good for the move again. Quality will be excellent and we will even be able to enjoy stories that I do not think will be printed again here or that are old and we will never see them in Greece. I would, however, like to have a next volume andCavacano 🙂
