What's going on?

For several days we have known throughAnswerhanded to members of the Greek Comics forum that the series will be released in Autumn! Scarpa's place in the summer takes the Peanuts. The confirmation came today asThere is advertising on Sunday's Daily(see link) for the fifth volume of this series.

The reason we haven't mentioned anything for so many days is because we wanted the advertisement for Peanuts to be officially released first. We knew that Kathimerini has registered at the National Library 6 volumes as regards Peanuts. So since the first volume is 24/7, the last one will be 28/8. So it does work all summer.

When do the volumes come out?

An accurate response unfortunately cannot be given because Kathimerini said that a communication would be issued when traffic in autumn is finalized. This has not happened before so they may mean any month from September to November...

How many volumes are we gonna have this year?

This is something we have answered.Previous article. As we said, ISBN has been registered for 2 volumes and there are two more since last year. A total of four volumes are few. Since the series continues later, more may be guaranteed. It seemed from the beginning that so few volumes had been registered while the Peanuts had 6 that something would not be the same this year...

What does all this mean about the future of the series?

Let us hope that the series will continue smoothly at least in autumn with a sufficient number of volumes. We have reached almost the middle of the series which numbers nearly 100 volumes in total. Unfortunately, every year 7-10 volumes come out, so we have a lot more. The Library of Scarpa has its themes (lack of contents, coloring, size etc) but personally I want it completed.

The Daily as everything shows, it puts weight on the Peanuts. Of the first four volumes we could see that their publication is better and more careful than Scarpa's. Still, I hope we don't have a big Disney story.
