All of the above issues are very good for signature. Most are from New Adventures, whose issues have very good quality and their stories are good. Mickey Mouse #173 is extremely recent so it will be easier for everyone. Slam Duck may still exist at a stand.

Personally the issues I find well from here are any of Mickey Mouse #2428 with #2430, Mickey Mouse #1872 that has its own satisfying central history, Almanako #158 and Phantom #16. The Mickey Mouse are the last three parts of the story withPlanet Xis a good choice if you don't have one with its own cover as there are articles with designer designs on them and it's a nice place to sign.

What am I going to personally sign?

For me sure choices will be 2 issues from the Phantom (sure that of the Daily), theSlam Duckwhich also has space on the front pages to make a sketch, the recent Mickey Mouse that will have as its main story and a couple of issues from the Planet series X and probably something from Mickey Mystery. In order of preference:
