Like every year this year in Italy, the big Lucca Comics & Games Festival is organized. It starts today October 31st and will be until November 4th. Panini/Disney's stand has enough new editions to celebrate the 90 years of our favorite mouse, Mickey. The event will be attended by important creators such as Giorgio Kavacano, Castie, Sylvia Jike, Corrado Mastadoono, Claudia Scarrone.

Below you can see the alternate cover of Topolino #3284 from Massimo De Beta's pen for the event. Personally I love it because it connects then to now and it's simple!

At the event there will be various new publications related to Mickey Mouse mainly. It seems in separate hardbound versions will be released The Time River and La Strada. Below are the very beautiful covers.

Fans will also be able to buy Topolino #3284 with its regular cover and also Dark World in hardbound version and give them to Casty for signature. For Dark World I've seen several covers beyond the following. Maybe there are alternative covers? I don't know.

There will also be special publications such as Il Grande Mickey, the Mickey Superstar 10... Topolino and A Guide to Mickey City the cover of which you can see below. With regard to ducks with interesting new hardbound version is the one that contains the new chapter of Duck History & Dynasty which has something to do with the future this time.

A big event and a reason to envy Italians. It is already an event where you see active participation in Disney, with many publications and many creators. Something I don't think we'll see here at least in a minimum range. At some point in the future I'd like to go to such an event. For now let's enjoy the event as much as we can through the photos.
