Time goes by, so we have COMIX #4. The cover looks very nice and we have the familiar pattern of issues 2 & 3. The fourth COMIX has six stories. So let's go see them once.
The first story is "The Mount of the Roses", belonging to the category of Fantomia's stories, Fantomy – The exciting adventures of an outlaw bootlegger!
Summary:
The first episode of the series, which we will probably encounter in the following issues, gives us an idea of Fantomy's character and manner of work. The story begins at the most popular golf club in the 1920s Lake. There, Fantomia (his real name seems to be Lord Quackett) learns about a diamond and immediately thinks to steal it! With the help of his fiancée (Dolly Paprika) and his partner and excellent scientist (Copernicus) and after a thousand two trouble with police and other aristocrats, he manages to steal it.
The story is quite good, it has a nice atmosphere and a very good plan, but, because it doesn't have much action, we put an 8/10.
The second story is "between two worlds," in Marco Rota's design and script. But it's a little confusing.
Summary
Donald and the three nephews visit an old carrier, which is a floating museum. Donald tells his nephews to behave themselves and not tease anything, the moment he teased levers and other things like that. His self-hosting will involve him in an adventure with a doppelganger from another dimension!
A story with nothing special, but it was easy to read, so it'll take 6–7/10.
Third story is titled "A true animal friend" And it's in Jan Gulbrason's design and script. The plan is disappointing, but the script doesn't go far back.
Summary
Donald's nephews bring home a cat. But Donald's attempt to get rid of her essentially failed, because he won't be able to escape cats once and for all!
From the bad design and script alone he will get a 4–5/10.
The fourth story, titled "The chosen librarian", in a script by Gorm Transgaard and Vikar's design, it is one of the best of the issue. It strongly reminds Carl Barks' "The Collectors" story.
Summary
Donald gets a job at the Municipal Library and goes to get the books back that some people didn't return. Everyone was hard to get ideas from the book they read so they wouldn't give it back. But the well-trained agent knows how to avoid bad manners. But what happens when he needs to give his own books back?
A very good and satisfying story, which the plan was also good, so it will take 9/10.
The penultimate story, titled "The apprentice witch", in a script by Lars Jensen and a design by Noel van Horn, it is a modest story, but it is read pleasantly! Notable is that this story is the only one Noel van Horn made with a duck.
Summary
An old friend of Scrooge's walks into the vault to ask for some money. But she meets Magica and becomes an apprentice witch... but not for the obvious reason!
As I write above, history is read happily. The plan, of course, is identical to William van Horn, so he gets a 6/10.
Finally, we have a classic ten-page story of Carl Barks, which bears the title "The Great Detective".
Summary
Donald discovers that he has a talent for solving mysteries and, after taking leave and becoming a private detective, takes charge of guarding a gem... but the Marrows also enter the dance, and the situation is complicated...
A nice story that makes the issue end pleasantly and is one of the best of the issue... 9/10!
COMIX takes one 7.5 /10 along with the stories and the articles. The next COMIX is released on 26 November. Central will be history Atlantis Mines Castie! For the rest of the stories of the issue we know that one of them will be with Fantomia, and from the series we told you above, so the lovers of history will have the opportunity to read another story. From email from Kathimerini to friend from Greekcomics: The series stories will be published in KMix. Whether it will be on a stable and permanent basis, this depends on our programming and cannot be announced as all this is constantly in the planning phase. For now, what we can say is that in issue 4 and issue 5 there will be stories of Fantomia...
