Mickey Mouse: All That Will Happen Yesterday

Before we start, I'll say that at first glance it looks like a very strong month for Mickey Mouse and Daily surprised us nicely! Let's start and see what stories the issues will have... The Friday he passed at Mickey Mouse #229 we read the story «Francis Drake's Treasure» with Fantomia (very soon criticism of her) and so we had the return of the masked aristocrat bandit to the magazine. In issue #230 we will have the first story of the series Detective Donald., «Mystery to Kamva». The cover is beautiful with very nice coloring.

And now go to the heavy artillery! Daily gives us a very nice surprise that I did not expect to be made personally! We will finally read in Greece the anniversary story of Castie (who came out in 2015 for Mickey's birthday) , «All That Will Happen Yesterday». The cover is that of Topolino #3130, and it seems a little strange to me that it does not have the logo for 90 years as in other countries. Of course, in countries like Germany they have used a very beautiful image/cover of Casti (you can see below) and such a story should be in COMIX but anyway.

Maybe it's better that he's in Mickey Mouse in terms of being the magazine with the character's name. So we'll celebrate Mickey's birthday here with a nice anniversary story. Good thing they didn't completely ignore because it would be a shame to miss the opportunity to read history. In Italy as we said in Article It was released about a week ago. The penultimate issue of the month has history «A Precious Friend» from Massimo De Vita's pen, reminiscent of his other stories Donald which are related to the his car. Finally, we have the story «The Treasure of Assalachorgs» In plan Stefano Indini. Strong month for the magazine and nothing like last semester. Bravo!

Other Publications

Super Mickey (missing) will have as central the multi-page story «Complicated Evolution» with Mickey. Donald has as central the story «The Legacy». The COMIX (missing again) has as Rosa's main ten-page story again, «Saravalaki, darling!» We had read it in COMIX #155...indifferently... I expect anything to change in 2019. The combination of tens and reprint is tragic. And while Casty's storyline had to be there with the articles, in greater size, etc., we see reprints. Too bad.

New format

Looks like the day-to-day changed the format of the calendar again. They took out what we're showing you above and put in a new picture. This time it is somewhat more "square" and have cut the back where the title of central history is mentioned. It will be harder (as impossible in some cases) now to find the stories if the cover is invalid or if the main story has no cover.
