Late November and the COMIX #5 came along. The cover looks very nice, and we have the well-known pattern of issues, except that the Komix news is much later and not in the original pages. The fifth COMIX has five stories. We're starting to see them.

The first story is "The mines of Atlantis", a wonderful history of Castie, published in Topolino in 2011.

Summary:
Mickey along with Goofy and Clara Loft are looking for clues about the ancient city of Atlantis. Clara wants to ask the advice of the great Professor Cartier, who is in Cornwall. But none of them know that in their investigations they will face the Brotherhood of Purple Rabbits! Interesting scenario, and as we see at the end, we'll probably have a sequel to this story.

The story is very good, it has a nice atmosphere and the very nice design that Casty has used to! Give her one. 8,5/10.

The second story is "The Escape of Fantomy", belonging to the category of Fantomia's stories, Fantomy – The exciting adventures of an outlaw bootlegger!

Summary
The second episode of the series, which we will probably encounter in the following issues, gives us an idea of Fantomia's character and manner of work. The story begins with Lord Quackett playing pole with other Barons. The Lord hears the inspector say on the radio that Fantomia has luck on his side and that's why he gets away with it. So Fantomy accepts the inspector's challenge and in a clever way he will prove him wrong once again.

Great story and the best of the issue, with nice design and plot and that's why it'll get 9/10.

Third story is titled "The robot charge" And it's in a Bass Haymans plan and a Robert Dumen script. The plan is relatively good, but the story is quite short. But it serves its role well, which is to fill the issue.

Summary
Scrooge, to save salaries and increases, replaces his employees with robots. But this decision doesn't work out for him.

For all the above he'll get a 7/10.

The fourth story, titled "The first trip", with Caesar Ferilloli's plan, it's a nice story, with reference to Steamship Willie, the steamer of the cartoon of the same name.

Summary
On the occasion of the 200 years since Mickey City was founded, Professor Anticas has been repairing the steamer Willie, but injustices have long come to light.

A pretty good story. So we'll give her 7.5/10.

Finally, we have a classic ten-page story of Carl Barks, which bears the title "Guaranteed transport".

Summary
Donald tries to escape Uncle Scrooge, who wants to teach him how to make a living as a tycoon, as he will eventually inherit his business. But the Moors have other plans...

A nice story, but somewhat abrupt, as it could be 15 to 20 pages. So 8/10.

COMIX takes one 8.5 /10 along with the stories and the articles. We would say this is the second best issue of COMIX so far. The next COMIX is released on December 23rd. Central will be history The magic coatA Christmas story by Castie! We don't know much more about the rest of the story.
