History
Name and thing this particular story as it concerns the origin of the character of the same name. I confess that I liked it a lot and perhaps more than Fantomy himself's origin in some places.
Design and coloring are atmospheric and carry you to another era. This story is one of Gervasio's strong with Fantomia because he builds on old designer stories. He really reminded me of those of Rosa as it is origin, but it has a veil of mystery and «history» background. This, as far as Dolly is concerned, but also other characters we've encountered in other stories of the creator.
That's clever and nice because it extends Fantomy's universe harmoniously. I liked seeing Dolly's mother too. Duck And her sister. Let's not forget that from the interview we got from the creator in Discord He told us that as regards the connection between Daisy Duck With Dolly, that nothing is random in Fantomy's world. So somehow there's a connection between them.
Past Without a Future
Now another An important observation. As soon as I saw the preview of the story in readingpoint, another important story came to mind that earlier than the basic series. Who am I talking about? But in history «Past Without a Future»! In this story Phantom Duck accidentally goes to 1920 and meets Dolly before she talks to Fantomy.
The reception in which they met in the history of the issue we read takes place at the Court of Countess De Snob as in his history Mickey Mouse #98. Generally there were some changes (such as Dolly's clothes) but in the end the result was that Dolly and Fantomy met.
In the picture we see the four frames that have Fantomy's meeting with Dolly. Notice that words may be somewhat different but in the new story in two pages Gervasio manages to have the same effect in a better way. The characters have now taken their final form.
Note: For the record Sword in the Ice, there will be reference to a new article because there are also things to say about it but it is not right to be overshadowed by the basic history of the issue.
