COMIX #9with the return of the great teacherCarl BarkThe issue's multi-page stories. Nice cover from Daan Gippes and with the familiar pattern the magazine. Of course, his stories covered 88 pages, resulting in only two stories articles. The ninth COMIX hasfivestories. Let's go see them slowly.

The first story is a 35-page story about Mickey Mouse and it's about time! (INDUCKS)

Summary:
Mickey accepts a package, and that is the beginning of a mystery, because it is from the past!

Corrado Mastanduono illustrates a script by Francesco Artibani. A wonderful story with a very nice plan. The script may have had little problems but nothing. I found it almost extraordinary. The best story of the issue, and we'll give her one.9/10.

The second story is"A Mogul in the Sahara", script and plan Carl Barks. (INDUCKS)

Summary:
Uncle Scrooge's mission to the Sahara Desert, trying to find oil.

Nice 17-page story by Barks, marking his return to the magazine's multi-page and central stories! Nice plot and plan, but it's a story where he has the familiar pattern that Papaman has used to us with the little peoples. General one 8–8,5/10.

Third story is"The Cry". (INDUCKS)

Summary:
Donald gets a job as a janitor in a haunted hotel!

Very good story with a good plan from Vikar in 2002. (I guess at his best) Inspired by the Shining, it has a nice script and design, although it seemed a little short story. Good idea to split into two places.

So we'll use 8/10.

Figure (49)

Fourth story is"The Great Escape". (INDUCKS)

Summary:
The Moorlyns are trying to escape from maximum security prisons...

Designed by Esteban and script by Sune Troelstrub, the worst story of the issue and much inferior to the rest.I think it's a third level and a story about Super Mickey, not COMIX! Okay, it covers her role, which is to fill the issue, but they should put another ten pages, I think. The Marrowlyns were not well designed, but the script also had nothing special.

5-6/10.

Figure (50)

Thursday and last story is"Rizual change". (INDUCKS)

Summary:
After Daisy's complaints about his common and lousy outfit, Donald decides to change style.

I liked that magazine story too. It's, of course, the typical of Daisy's complaints, but it's funny, showing the ridiculous things that have similar TV shows.

So we're gonna put her on. 7,5–8/10.

COMIX takes one8,5/10. Generally a very good and balanced issue, as we hadand Ducky and Mickey. The only bad thing was the story about the Marrows, but I can't blame the issue for just one story... Also positive is that in the news they report the return of Uncle Scrooge magazine to America! The next COMIX is released on 28 April. We have Carl Barks back in central history. His storyCOMIX #10 is 23 pagesAnd another one of Barks' few polysels that haven't been in the magazine. The Story"Golden Gooseshas been published twice in Greece, last time 33 years ago! You're saying that Kathimerini will continue to put on stories like that we haven't seen in COMIX, like theToo Many PetsandThe Doom Diamond? Or make reprints of legendary stories, such asSecret of the Old Tower;

I can't wait to read the next story! For the rest of the stories of the issue nothing more is known.
